We pull permits for every job that needs one — repipes, water heaters, gas lines, anything affecting the structure. We're on file with Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Clark County. Permit fees pass through at city cost.
The $89 diagnostic fee covers the trip and assessment. If we don't find a problem, that's the bill. If we do find one and you have us fix it, the $89 is waived and folded into the repair price.
