    We meet at your home, walk the yard, and talk about how you actually want to use the water. No clipboard, no script — just listening.

    Drawn to Life

    Two of our designers turn your conversation into 3D renderings — sun-path studies, decking layouts, lighting plans. Two rounds of revisions.

    Approved before we lift a shovel.

    Weeks 5–14

    Built With Care

    Excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, finish. The same four-person crew from start to finish — no rotating subs, no surprise faces.

    Daily progress photos.
  4. IV
    Week 15

    First Fill

    Water on. Equipment commissioned. Finishes cured. We sit with you for 90 minutes and walk through every switch, valve, and cleaning routine.

    Owners' manual + 1-year service.

    Year 1+

    Yours, Forever

    Optional weekly service. 24/7 emergency line. Free annual inspection. We've still got pools we built in 2008 on the books — that's the relationship we want.

Twenty-three feet of infinity edge, looking at the Spring Mountains.

A 14-week build on a 12% slope in upper Summerlin. The water disappears into the horizon at sunset; the spa tucks back into a fold of natural sandstone. The owners wanted a pool that looked like it had been there since before the house was built.

  • Most of our builds run 12–16 weeks from groundbreaking to first fill, weather permitting. We're on-site every day during that window — not subcontracting and disappearing. The biggest variable is permitting, which we handle for you and which usually takes 3–5 weeks at the city level.

  • Yes — we manage every permit, plan submission, and HOA approval as part of your build fee. We're on file with every Clark County, Henderson, and North Las Vegas planning department, and we've worked with most of the major HOAs in the valley.

  • Our weekly service plans start at $159/month for residential pools, which covers chemicals, vacuuming, brushing, equipment inspection, and filter cleans. We send a detailed report after every visit so you always know what we did and what we noticed.

  • Almost always. Our renovation work covers everything from a simple replaster to full demo-and-replace of decking, coping, tile, and equipment. We'll do a free structural assessment and tell you honestly whether it's worth saving.

  • Yes — Nevada Contractor's License (C-15A, B-2), $2M general liability, and full workers' comp on every employee. License numbers and certificates are linked at the bottom of the page and we're happy to provide direct copies on request.

  • Lifetime structural warranty on the pool shell. 10 years on Pebble Tec interiors. 5 years on plumbing and equipment installation. Manufacturer warranties pass through on equipment (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy). All warranties are documented in your closeout binder.

  • Yes — most of our new builds in the last five years have been saltwater. They're gentler on skin, easier to maintain day-to-day, and the equipment costs are lower than they used to be. We'll walk you through both options during design.

  • Absolutely. We have several recent clients who've agreed to host short visits — no pressure, no sales pitch, just a chance to walk a finished build and see the materials in person. We'll set it up after our first conversation.
