1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Vegas Code Pro ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services Description
Vegas Code Pro provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and performance optimization services. We specialize in creating custom digital solutions for businesses and individuals.
3. Project Agreement
All projects begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon signed agreement and initial payment. Project specifications may be modified by mutual agreement with potential adjustments to timeline and cost.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Final deliverables are released upon full payment
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party components or licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content, and access to required systems. Delays in client response may affect project timelines. Clients must ensure they have rights to all provided content and materials.
7. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes require a new agreement and adjusted pricing.
8. Website Maintenance
We offer ongoing maintenance services but are not responsible for issues arising from client modifications, third-party plugins, or hosting problems outside our control.
9. Hosting and Domain
Unless specifically included in our services, clients are responsible for their own hosting and domain management. We can provide recommendations and assistance but are not liable for hosting-related issues.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables for paid work will be provided.
13. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose sensitive business information without explicit permission.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
16. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

18. Severability

These terms, together with any signed project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Vegas Code Pro and the client, superseding all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter.
