Do you charge hourly or flat rate?
Flat rate on every package. The price you see is the price you pay, assuming scope doesn't change after kickoff. If scope changes, I quote the change in writing before any work starts.
What's not included?
Domain registration, hosting fees on platforms outside Vercel, paid third-party services (Stripe fees, SMS, premium fonts), photography, and stock imagery beyond a free pass. Everything else is in the package price.
How does payment work?
Risk-free terms: you don't pay anything until you're satisfied with the work. No upfront deposit. Final payment happens after launch sign-off, not before. For larger Growth Website or Custom App / Platform projects, milestone invoicing is available so payment is tied to specific deliverables you've already approved (design, build, launch). Invoices are paid via ACH, card, or wire.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes — every tier can be split into monthly payments at no extra charge. Local Starter and Business Website typically split across 2–3 months; Growth Website and Custom App / Platform projects can span longer payment schedules tied to milestone delivery. We agree on the schedule together during the discovery call so the cash flow works for your business.
What if I just need a quick fix or small project?
Reach out anyway. Smaller scopes (landing pages, audits, one-off fixes) get a custom quote — usually $500–$1,500 depending on complexity.
Do you do retainers?
Yes. After launch, ongoing maintenance and feature work runs $150–$2,000 / month depending on scope. Many clients start small and scale up.
